Coronavirus Update from DIZPOT

To our valued customers, colleagues, and support organizations:

At DIZPOT we value our partnerships which enable us to provide service and supply to the world’s greatest and fastest-growing industry. Our commitment to you all is to continue to provide our signature Old School Service while respecting the restrictions which have been advised by our federal and state governments. During this time, DIZPOT will be open for business for both pick up and delivery through a skeleton onsite staff. All other DIZPOT staff have been advised to work from home and to interact using phone, email, text, and video conferencing when possible.

Our customers should see no disruption in any services from DIZPOT through this crisis. While we’re not currently experiencing any delays in production, things are moving and changing rapidly. Call our team to work through any new orders you may want to place to ensure brand continuity.

As you know, our goods come from all over the world. To that end, our team is following best practices when handling materials. Additionally, all packaging is being quarantined for a duration greater than the time that COVID-19 remains contagious without contact with a human cell.

Now is the time our industry must not fail to provide the medicine its patients rely on for good health every day. We have to say, it’s amazing to see your leadership over email, text, and on social media maintaining excellent communication with your patients. That leadership and decisive action to limit the spread is how we all get through this situation and back to business as usual.
